These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the zv999 platform and its users ("you" or "Member"). By using the zv999 website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

The meanings of key terms used in this document are given below:

• "Platform" — The zv999 website and all its services and features.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who has created an account on zv999 and is using its services.
• "Wallet" — The virtual account of funds deposited by a Member on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted as a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

The following conditions must be met to participate on the zv999 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You will operate the account in your own name as a valid individual — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are using this service voluntarily and with full awareness.
• There is no court order against you that prevents you from using this type of service.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Member may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same mobile number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. zv999's system is capable of automatically detecting duplicate accounts, and if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

• All information provided at the time of registration — name, phone number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• If any information changes, the Member is obliged to notify the support team immediately.
• zv999 reserves the right to close an account at any time if it was registered with false or incomplete information.

3.3 Account Security

• Keeping passwords and login information confidential is the Member's own responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring an account to another person is not permitted.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, [email protected] must be notified immediately.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Correct transaction details must be provided when making a deposit — zv999 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• In the case of suspicious or unusual deposits, zv999 may verify and, if necessary, place them on hold.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same Member or from the same device.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected in the use of a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Specific terms for ongoing promotions will be stated separately on the promotions page and those terms will apply.
• zv999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or end any promotion.
• Bonuses may have a specific expiry period — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.

6.1 Nature of the Service

The zv999 platform offers slots, fishing games, casino games, and sports betting services. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of cheating, system manipulation, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using bots or automated software is completely prohibited.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other Members' accounts is prohibited.
• Using any technology or technique that disrupts game operations is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is completely prohibited and subject to legal action.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, zv999 may cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. zv999 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings incorrectly paid out due to a technical issue.

zv999 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage our Members to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Members can set deposit limits, session time limits, or enable self-exclusion on their own.
• If signs of addiction to gaming appear, please seek help immediately.
• zv999 may temporarily or permanently restrict any Member from using the platform if needed.

• If activities are conducted with the intent to cause financial loss or misuse bonuses.
• If the Member submits a request to close their own account.

• zv999 is not responsible if a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, server downtime, or other technical issues.
• zv999 will not provide any compensation for issues with a Member's own device or network.
• zv999 is not directly liable for delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen circumstances, zv999 will attempt to restore it as quickly as possible.
• In the event of any dispute, zv999's server logs will be considered final evidence.

zv999 reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. If a Member continues to use the platform after changes are made, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
